Refund Policy

We aim for you to love the value ResuFluent provides. Because the product delivers AI processing instantly, all purchases are generally non-refundable once credits are consumed or a billing cycle has begun.

1. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund the current period.

2. Credit-Based Purchases

Single or bundled credit purchases are final once credits are issued to your account.

3. Exceptional Refund Consideration

We may (at our discretion) consider a refund if: (a) you were charged twice for the same period, (b) you experienced a verified technical failure preventing reasonable use, or (c) required by applicable consumer law.

4. How to Request

Submit a support ticket within 7 days of the charge with: account email, date, amount, and reason. We reply within 5–7 business days. You can also email us at support@resufluent.com.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us first unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use after updates means acceptance.
