By accessing or using ResuFluent (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to all the terms in this Agreement, you may not access or use the Service.
"We," "us," "our" refers to ResuFluent.
"You," "user" refers to the individual using the Service.
"Content" refers to any information, text, graphics, or other materials you upload, submit, or process through the Service, including resumes and job descriptions.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during registration and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
ResuFluent provides an AI-powered platform designed to assist users in improving their resumes and job applications. The Service includes our website, Chrome browser extension, and any related web applications or features we provide.
a. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
b. Content Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the Content you submit.
c. Acceptable Use: You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
a. Nature of Suggestions: The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, edits, and recommendations based on your Content. These are automated suggestions only.
b. No Warranty: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or quality of any AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any Content modified by the Service before using it for any purpose (e.g., submitting a job application).
c. No Employment Guarantee: We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in a job offer, interview, or any specific career outcome.
a. Paid Plans: Access to certain features of the Service may require the purchase of credits or a subscription plan ("Paid Plan").
b. Pricing: We display all fees before you purchase. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time; changes will not affect active subscriptions until the renewal of your billing cycle.
c. Payment Processor: All payments are processed by our third-party payment partners (e.g., Lemonsqueezy, Stripe). You agree to their terms and conditions by providing payment information.
d. Subscription Renewal & Cancellation: Paid Plans typically auto-renew until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will stop future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
All fees for Paid Plans are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, please contact our support team with a detailed explanation. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis. a. Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the Content you submit. By uploading Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store that Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
b. Our Service: We own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all underlying software, technology, and intellectual property.
We handle your personal data and Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy. While we implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Service at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RESUFLUENT, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and/or posting a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You and ResuFluent agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware for the resolution of any legal action, except that we may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
